How to respect each others

The biggest comunication problem is we dont listen to undertand but we listen to reply. Lets say if we look some people angry or not interseted to someone they just comunicate to answer and not to listen completely and understand to each others. We have to avoid this habbit and change our habbit to respect every person in our life. So i want to remeber you and i a few ways to respect each others.

Put away your phone to their presence.
Pay attention to what they are saying
Look at them with respect
Always praise them.
Keep in remembrance the good things they did
If they repeat a same story in different time to you, listen like it's the first time they tell it.
Avoid side conversation in their presence
Sit respectly around them.
Avoid cutting them off when they speak.
Avoid raising your voice at them.
Call them by names they like.
